Router Operator

As a Router Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality plastic fabrication and distribution work. You'll work with industry-leading equipment—routers, saws, compressors, and more—while being part of a company that values curiosity, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
· Set up and operate CNC routers and other equipment, including saws, drills, and compressors
· Load/unload materials, change tools, and start machine programs as needed
· Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized
· Follow setup instructions and quality control procedures to ensure precision and accuracy
· Inspect parts using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools
· Assist with finishing tasks like deburring and preparing parts for final processing
· Read and interpret blueprints and job instructions
· Communicate clearly with team members and support overall production goals
· Provide feedback to improve efficiency, quality, and material usage
· Take on other duties as needed to support the team
Requirements:
· Prior CNC experience is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person
· Comfortable using hand tools, warehouse equipment, and measuring instruments
· Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
· Strong basic math skills and high attention to detail
· Positive attitude, solid communication skills, and a team-player mindset
· Forklift experience is a bonus
