In this critical role, you'll be part of a dedicated group that supports our plastic fabrication and distribution operations by producing high-quality, custom and OEM parts using CNC equipment.

- Operate CNC Routers, CNC Mills, and CNC Lathes
- Load/unload materials
- Perform basic housekeeping to keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure precision and accuracy
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauge, pin gauges, and other measuring tools
- Finishing Fabrication
- Deburring
- Trimming using hand routers
- Drilling using battery operated hand drills
- Installing threaded inserts
- Participate in Safety meetings, Production meetings, and Continuous Improvement meetings.
- Take on other duties as needed to support the team
- Associate degree (2-year) in Machine Tool Technology or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in machining or fabrication will be considered.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Strong basic math skills and high attention to detail
- Positive attitude, solid communication skills, and a team-player mindset
- Forklift experience is a bonus
