In this critical role, you'll be part of a dedicated group that supports our plastic fabrication and distribution operations by producing high-quality, custom and OEM parts using CNC equipment. Responsibilities:
Operate CNC Routers, CNC Mills, and CNC Lathes
Load/unload materials
Perform basic housekeeping to keep work areas clean and organized
Follow quality control procedures to ensure precision and accuracy
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauge, pin gauges, and other measuring tools
Finishing Fabrication
Deburring
Trimming using hand routers
Drilling using battery operated hand drills
Installing threaded inserts
Participate in Safety meetings, Production meetings, and Continuous Improvement meetings.
Take on other duties as needed to support the team
Qualifications/Requirements:
Associate degree (2-year) in Machine Tool Technology or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in machining or fabrication will be considered.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow detailed instructions
Strong basic math skills and high attention to detail
Positive attitude, solid communication skills, and a team-player mindset
Forklift experience is a bonus
