Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC routers and other equipment, including saws, drills, and compressors
Load/unload materials, change tools, and start machine programs as needed
Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized
Follow setup instructions and quality control procedures to ensure precision and accuracy
Inspect parts using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools
Assist with finishing tasks like deburring and preparing parts for final processing
Read and interpret blueprints and job instructions
Communicate clearly with team members and support overall production goals
Provide feedback to improve efficiency, quality, and material usage
Take on other duties as needed to support the team
Requirements:
Prior CNC experience is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person
Comfortable using hand tools, warehouse equipment, and measuring instruments
Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
Strong basic math skills and high attention to detail
Positive attitude, solid communication skills, and a team-player mindset
Forklift experience is a bonus
