As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—handling inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and providing product knowledge and support. You'll work closely with our outside sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to our continued growth.

Position Summary: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by managing both new and existing customer accounts. You will be responsible for generating sales, meeting goals, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a positive, proactive attitude with a laser focus on generating revenue
Respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels
Cultivate and expand a loyal customer base by consistently delivering value
Prospect for new sales opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline
Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets consistently
Track and update sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM system
Organize daily tasks efficiently to maximize productivity and revenue generation
Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals
Provide accurate price quotations with a focus on maximizing profit margins
Process and close transactions including orders, quotes, and returns promptly
Negotiate purchases with manufacturers to secure favorable terms and pricing
Engage in prospecting and outbound calls to expand the customer base
Receive targeted industry-specific training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge
Requirements:
Proven inside sales experience (candidates without experience will not be considered)
Strong account management experience with a focus on revenue generation
Exceptional phone and computer skills
Strong basic math skills (ability to work with decimals and fractions)
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
