- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients.
- Provide product recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product applications, and competitive offerings.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Experience in the plastics, manufacturing, or industrial distribution industry is a plus.
