Responsibilities include:
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well within a team environment
- Setup and run jobs on CNC equipment, ensuring precision and attention to detail
- Load and unload materials onto machines & starting programs as needed
- Allocate materials and change tools as required for each job
- Perform basic machine maintenance and ensure equipment is clean and operational
- Follow quality control procedures and accurate setup documentation
- Provide feedback to help improve program efficiency and material usage
- Assist with finishing tasks, including deburring and preparing parts for final processing
- Communicate job details and handoffs with fellow operators and team members
- Read and interpret blueprints & work instructions accurately
- Use measuring tools to inspect parts and ensure product accuracy
- Work as a team with other employees to help the branch reach its goals
- Other duties as required
- Prior CNC machine experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with hand tools, routers, and general warehouse equipment
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
- Confident in using measuring tools such as tape & calipers
- Good communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Strong basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Forklift experience
